Know before you book
Clear details before payment.
Attendant
For build-your-own bookings, an attendant is available for $50. For wedding packages, your written approval will state whether an attendant is included before you pay.
Travel
Send the full venue address with your request. Any travel charge outside the included service area will be quoted and approved before payment.
Setup space and access
SnapStreet will confirm the required booth footprint, power access, load-in route and setup timing with you before the event. Venue approval is the customer’s responsibility.
Photo and video delivery
Classic Wedding includes gallery delivery within 48 hours. Delivery timing for other galleries and 360 clips will be stated in your booking confirmation.
Custom event design
Your selected package includes a custom overlay or template. We confirm names, colors and event details with you before the design is finalized.
Instant sharing
Eligible experiences can share by QR code, text or email when the venue has a reliable internet connection. Your approval confirms the sharing options included in your package.
